Restauracja La Finestra — Restaurant in Warsaw

I was a regular customer at this restaurant and even brought my friends and family when they were visiting me in Warsaw. I decided to give it 2 stars today and won't be coming to the restaurant ever again.

The restaurant was closed for several days and I just asked them whether they will be opened today. They told me that it is written on their facebook post that it is opened on Saturday. Well, I just use Facebook messenger on my phone so I did not read the post. Secondly, that was a very rude response from them.

I expressed my disatisfaction over the phone after they gave me such answer. Instead of giving me an apology, they gave me even a harsher response.

Do you want me to teach you how to provide an excellent customer service? You should have said, good day we will be opened again on Saturday and we would like to invite you to our newly renovated restaurant.

Lastly, I wrote to them in Polish, so they could have responded to me back in Polish in a professional manner. Not by telling me to read your damn Facebook post.

I went on weekend where I saw a promotion on pizzas for weekend, I asked for a whole pizza and it had good presentation and size as well as the service. Even dough I can manage to order in Polish the weather we willing to help me in English, that was awesome.

I didn't tried anything else but the menu showed the things that are suppose to be in an Italian restaurant so I will say that if you are looking for nice pasta, antipasta or something else this is a nice place that is also well communicated by nearby tram and bus stops with the rest...

Had to wait a bit for the menu card after seating, however after that it was a pleasant experience. Both pizza and pasta were really good. Pizza is not a Neapolitan style and also not Roman but still crispy and with good ingredients. Lemonade from oranges was also fresh and nice, would definitely recommend. The interior is a bit of mish mash without a defined style in my opinion but it doesn't ruin...
