Heritage Shop & Wine — Restaurant in Warsaw

I haven been to this restaurant quite some times! This place used to have an Italian waiter / manager that was a great guy when it comes to serving and customer experience. Now a days it has 2 or 3 girls that clearly don’t want anything to do with the place, that are just there because they need some extra cash in their pocket and don’t have any love for what they do. They are able to ruin all the experience for customers. They refuse to speak English or even communicate, they refuse to adapt a plate, we need to be constantly asking for things when we need them x because they just don’t bring it and don’t care. It’s really sad to see such a good place going to waste in terms of service! I have noticed this a while a go and I thought it was temporary. Clearly it is not so I felt the need for expressing this and let the owner know that he is losing a lot with this new service...

This branch of Heritage in Warsaw is an amazing place to visit, whatever the weather. In the summer you can sit outside and enjoy all of the amazing food (especially the pizzas), sipping wine and watching the world go by. As the winter draws in its great to sit inside any time of the day and enjoy some warming pasta (or again pizza). I always have my morning flat white here, expertly made by the lovely Iwona. The staff are aways super friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Iwona is always extremely welcoming, professional and attentive. The place can become incredibly busy and the small team always do a very good job. A must visit if you are in the Ochota...

Awful customer service. You just stand in front of the counter being completely ignored. My partner is using crutches to walk and was still utterly ignored. Our order was clearly forgotten about as we waited for 45 mins without any notice or sense of preoccupation from the staff while other guest got their plates much quicker despite arriving later.
