Zachodni Brzeg — Restaurant in Warsaw

The food is average, nothing really special but generally okay. The falafel is dry, the fish is fine. Dessert (cheese cake) was very common.

In terms of correlation between price and quality, I would say this place is overpriced.

We had rather unpleasant experience with extra fee for our check. They took 10 percent extra because our total check (3 persons) exceeded 300 zl.

You will find the notification about extra charge in the menu - in case you will be specifically looking for it.

However we didn't notice it, and for us the after taste of the dinner was sort of taste of cheating.

The more you order in this restaurant, the more you have to pay.

They do not split the checks for a company of people, and in case there 4 of you, there will be 10 percent extra , no matter how much you spend.

I don't go back to this restaurant after this experience. Formally, they had a right to withhold 10 percent from the sum of the check. But we felt bad about the fact that the waiter wouldn't pay our attention to these small letters in the menu. Besides, it is not a common practice in Warsaw. So we didn't expect this. Bad communication skills of Sofia.

Hi! This Sunday (17.09.23) I wanted to visit your restaurant. Unfortunately, but I encountered a very rude miss at the entrance (when I asked her name, she introduced her as Sofia).

I asked Sofia few simple questions about potential free places in your restaurant, but her answers were so rude so I change my mind and decided to go to “Ogrody Wisla” near by you. Please, do not think that I’m promoting another restaurant, I guess you know what happens when your employees push customers away - they are going to your competitors.

Maybe Sofia had had a bad mood, But when she is at work and represents your restaurant she should still have the honor to do her job with dignity and politely communicate with the clients. And not to tarnish the reputation of the restaurant where she works.

So, as Sofia even had not given me a chance to visit your restaurant, today I should leave one star.

Excellent restaurant in a really nice location. The interior and exterior are really nice and well-furnished. Chairs are comfortable, tables are clean and disinfected after every guest. Waiter was really kind and cheerful. He told us few things about dishes and advised us (on point !!). Food was very tasty, flavourful and well presented. I can literally recommend everything because we tried many things and everything was good and in the end we were satisfied and filled up. Huge thanks to the waiter that did his best and didn't judge us by our age (18-20). Prices are typical for good restaurant with nice view in Warsaw.
