You have to make a reservation if it’s Sat. I was stood up for 30 min in front of the restaurant without any explanation of how long it will take or whether they have no table for us. People behind me kept getting tables before us, so believed they had reservation. After 20 min standing, we asked if they are full, and that was the first time that manager asked my name to write on the list.

However, apart from the unpleasant waiting, food was great, and the server, Antonio, who took care of our table was excellent. He was veteran and never missed our orders and delivered it in proper timing. He was the only reason that we felt it was lucky to visit this restaurant. Sitio regular pero con mucha fama y clientela. Ya al llegar nos miran con cara de qué es lo que están haciendo aquí?, para que vienen? Le pregunto si se puede cenar y nos dicen que volvamos en 20 minutos.Estaba lleno de gente pero tenía mesas libres en la terraza y no se le ocurre preguntarnos si queremos cenar allí. Nos fuimos y volvimos a los 20 minutos y pedimos cenar en la terraza donde se estaba muy agusto. Pedimos un arroz tamboril que no estuvo nada mal pero tampoco nada bien como nos esperábamos de un restaurante con tan buenas críticas. Pedimos que nos traigan platos hondos porque es un arroz muy caldoso y siendo tres personas nos traen dos platos con dos cucharas. Hubo que decirles que traigan un plato y una cuchara más. Pedimos que nos traigan sal y nos traen un bote con sal gruesa humeda para echarla con la mano o con una cucharilla pequeña muy incómoda que venía al lado del bote. El pan te lo traen en una panera que es una bolsa de tela con pinta de que la usan todos los comensales. Nos cobraron 2€ de pan por persona aunque rechazamos las aceitunas y la manteca. De entrante pedimos unos calamares y vinieron muy finitos y demasiado crocantes. En cualquier bar español puedes comer una ración de calamares mejores que estos. La carta no es en papel, es en un tablet que es incómodo porque tienes que andar tocando las diferentes secciones, por ejemplo, para entrantes, para platos principales, para pescados, carnes, etcétera. Además para tres personas trajeron un solo tablet con lo cual se hace más incómodo todavía. No pongo menos puntuación porque no es un mal restaurante, pero deja mucho que desear tanto en el servicio como en la comida como en la pretensión de alta categoría y no me explico cómo es que tiene tanta gente y tan buena fama. Sehr schönes Ambiente mit einem tollen Blick über die Strandpromenade. Man kann selbst draußen sitzen. Anscheinend müssen die Fische gut gekühlt werden, denn selbst im Raum für die Gäste war es sehr kalt und man hat leicht gefroren. Der Service war auch sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Zumindest Anfangs, später als das Restaurant voller würde, waren die vielen Servicekräfte leider sehr beschäftigt und nicht mehr so aufmerksam. Das Essen wird einem auf einen extra Teller gelegt, ein toller Service. Leider war zumindest für mich das Essen, bestellt wurde Surf and Turf, nichts. Zunächst wurde gefragt, welche Garstufe das Steak haben soll. Ich habe Medium gewählt. Angekommen ist Well Done. Die Qualität war auch eher unterdurchschnittlich und das sehr flache Teak war durchzogen mit Sehnen, Knorpel und Fett. Bei einem Meeresfruchtrestaurant sollte man natürlich nicht zu viel bei der Fleischqualität erwarten, aber bei der Garstufe hätte ich mir mehr gewünscht. Der Jumboschrimp war "ok". In dem Sinne, dass bis auf eine Zitrone nichts dabei war. Kein besonderes Gimmick und keine Soße. Einfach ein garer Jumboschrimp. Die Beilagen waren auch ein spannendes Thema, denn als Kartoffelchips gab es gefühlt Chips aus der Tüte. So musste man diese mit der Hand essen. Der kleine Kohlsalat als Beilage war immerhin dann wieder ein Highlight. Wenn nicht sogar das Highlight des Hauptgangs. Zu erwähnen ist weiterhin, dass man sich die Vorspeise nicht aussuchen darf und sofort Brot mit Oliven und eingepackten Fischcremes und Butter am Tisch begrüßt wird. Der Sangria war immerhin ein weißer Sangria mit Maracuja und entsprechend sehr lecker.
