In my opinion it is not great. I’d rate it higher if prices were lower. The fish and cuttlefish was done ok. It was fresh and there was nothing really to complain about apart from the taste which was really boring. The dishes were paired with salad without any dressing so I assume the restaurant owner apparently wants his guests to take turn as cooks and prepare it themselves with only the oil they give out serving. Mind you you pay full price for this experience 😆. As of the staff they were nice but they shared no eagerness or interest in their guests. Mind you I visited minutes after opening and there were really not that many people and still after asking for the bill I had to wait for 10 minutes and after finally asking for the second time I’ve received it. We had to wait about 45 minutes for the food and we were the only customers. I asked for gluten free and they brought the skewered monkfish and prawns on a bed of 'migas' which is all bread and flour. When I told the waitress she argued with me that I had asked for it. I am celiac and very very sensitive to even cross contamination so obviously wouldn't. They took it back but my impression was that they simply changed plate and gave me the same food, which now was dried up and overcooked and took about 5 minutes to bring back, so definitely not enough time to prepare again freshly. Desta vez decidimos voltar com uns amigos franceses, e foi decepcionante mesmo! A começar pela sopa de Peixe... Que para além de fria, estava já azeda! O salmão já não constava na carta, então escolheu-se espetadas de tamboril e "gambas" que não eram gambas e sim uns simples camarões, que vieram carbonizadas, não se conseguia comer praticamente nada (por 18€).... Tivemos de mandar para trás... trouxeram-nos outras melhorzitas mas nada de extraordinário! Arroz de tamboril razoável. Não sei a que se deve essa mudança de serviço, se nova gerência, mudança de cozinheira, mas foi nitidamente para pior! Deviam rever o conceito do restaurante! O melhor da refeição foi mesmo o pão e as couvettes de patés e manteiga! O atendimento foi banal, e não houve grande empatia pelo que se sucedeu... Não iremos voltar...
