Mimo's restaurant is a true Italian gem in the heart of Portugal. I had the pleasure of experiencing their authentic cuisine and was absolutely delighted.

The warm and inviting atmosphere, along with the Italian-inspired decor, made me feel like I had stepped into a traditional Italian restaurant. But it was the food that truly won me over.

Mimo's original recipes brought genuine and flavorful Italian dishes to the table. The homemade pasta was perfect, the sauces were delicious, and the high-quality ingredients shone through. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the selection of Italian wines complemented the experience.

Einer der besten Italiener von Porto bis Lissabon. Einfach ein Gaumenschmaus. Hier ist alles auf der Karte zu empfehlen und das zu vernünftigen Preisen. Das Ambiente erinnert an ein kleines italienisches Restaurant in einer Seitengasse und der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Obwohl es Sprachherausforderungen gab, haben sich beide Seiten immer wieder bemüht, dass auch das richtige bestellt wird. Man kann problemlos mit Karte zahlen und online reservieren ist auch möglich. Das Essen. Selten so eine gute Pizza gegessen. Dünner Boden und nicht zu dicker Rand. Dazu eine angenehme Tomatensoße und der Belag ist ein Traum. Insgesamt bilden die Pizzen einen sehr komplexen und hervorragenden Geschmack. Einzig die Bud Spencer Pizza hat mir nicht so zugesagt. Hier fehlte vielleicht noch etwas mehr Knoblauch. Ansonsten sind Sophia Loren und Portofino mehr als nur so empfehlen! Besonders heraus sticht die Möglichkeit sich die Pasta selber zusammenzustellen. Heißt man wählt auf der Karte zunächst oben links die Pastasorte, dann oben rechts die generelle Zubereitungsart und dann unten die weiteren Zutaten. Nur sollte man hier nicht zu viel verrücktes durcheinander wählen, weniger ist mehr. Wo aber genug von kommt, ist das Tiramisu. Wir haben uns eins geteilt und das war schon fast zu viel! Alleine nur mit viel Hunger zu bewältigen. Rundum eins der besten Restaurants, wenn man keine Lust auf Meeresfrüchte hat und einfach Mal einen unglaublich guten Italiener...

We really enjoyed this restaurant with the kids. Very friendly waiters, calm and clean. Very close to the beach - I saw many people coming to takeaway pizza and go to the beach. We had spaghetti bolonesa (kids just loved it), pizza prosciutto and tiramissu de lotus. I also liked a lot white sangria. By the way, they had a soap in the bathroom smelling like...
