We have come to Albufeira in October for the last 6 years or so. We always buy our bread and rolls from here as they are very nice. However two things would help make this business a lot better and friendlier. I cannot say the staff seem the most happy and friendly, rarely do you get a welcoming smile from any of them. If you are not familiar with this shop it is not unusual to see people waiting at the counter to be served instead of going to the till to place and pay for their orders. Whilst there are signs in Portuguese explaining this, there don’t seem to be any in English. I try to use basic Portuguese as I feel it is good to attempt to speak the language but the vast majority of customers particularly English seem unsure of the paying and ordering process and then get annoyed that they are seemingly ignored by the staff. Clearer signage in English would make a...

Very good local Portuguese cafe. Didn't take enough photos but this place is very busy in the morning. Usually you have to wait in the queue as it is always busy. The staff are so friendly as the pastry we want didn't have it on the display, they had to go in the kitchen had to make fresh pastry for us. Easy and smart system to pay. Would recommend family and kids and someone who love pastry to try the menu out. Coffee, pastry, sandwich, drinks etc are actually very good. Only downside is waiting for your order as it is very busy...

Horrible service. The counter girl just ignored us and served other customers that came in after us. We wanted some pastries and a couple cappuccinos. After she continued to ignore us we left and went to another establishment down the road. The bakery was not busy so that is not an excuse for ignoring the customer. We have been here for 6 weeks now and have never gone back. No a good way to gain and/or...

Quite nice bakery in Albufeira. I highly recommend the the toasts with homemade bread, specially the one with ham and cheese. Juices are natural and staff is prompt to help you. The “salgados” were average, like from the supermarket. I will come back!

This delicious bakery just off the infamous strip serves delicious pastel de nato and other cakes along with the coffee. The service is friendly, the price quality great and as extra benefit you have the feeling that you are actually in Portugal.
