I don't like leaving bad reviews but my experience with this restaurant was awful. Firstly the tables are super sticky. I had to put serviettes down to prevent my arms from sticking to the table. I ordered the chicken breast burger with cheese and mushrooms. On my first bite I could tell it was not chicken breast but either chicken mince or turkey mince. It was cold and looked awful and pale and it was cold. There was a piece of cheese on top of the mince with a few dry looking mushrooms. I ate the chips as I was hungry. They were not great either. I went up to the guy and said I was not eating the burger as it was terrible. I said I would pay for the chips and small beer. The man started shouting at me and said it was not his problem i didnt like burger. He said it was my fault for ordering the burger. I said to him that it was not a chicken breast but some kind of mince substance. Who knows what it was made of. I was honestly shocked at how rude and angry he was. He charged me an extra euro for the small amount of sauce he gave me. I left mortified at the way he...

I ordered online. I trusted the reviews, but my experience is negative, unfortunately. The burger meat was absolutely tasteless, no salt or spices, and the roast was medium rare, although there was no option to choose when ordering. The bun was ordinary, like in McDonald's or Burger King and so thin that its taste along with the burger is not felt at all. The order arrived cold, although the courier was on the road for only 3 to 4 minutes. I expected better (

First of all, thank you for taking the time to respond so rudely. Now I have some doubts about the "friendly service". I ordered from you based on the reviews here because I didn't want a McDonald's or Burger King hamburger with tasteless meat and a regular bun. As for the delivery time, you're wrong. Because the delivery arrived exactly 11 minutes after my order. So no, the driver didn't drive to you for 30 minutes and my order didn't wait for him to have time to cool down ) I wish you success and learn to accept your mistakes ( We are all human and can mess up at the end of...

Would rate this place a solid 4.5 stars. The burger was the best I've had out here. Its a shame its not a bigger venue to have a sit down meal, but don't let this put you off trying this place. Both the burger and fries were fantastic and of the highest quality (only if you like garlic though, which i do). Only down side for me was that I got a takeaway and by the time I got back to eat it, the bottom bun was half soggy.
