We did a tour with zebra which took us in land from Albufeira. It was a bit of a mystery tour as we weren’t really given any details beforehand. Our hotel recommended this and I’m glad they did. Carla was our guide and we were joined by a Swedish family in the Land Rover. The journey included a visit to castle, travelling down lots of small roads and dirt tracks through the orange plantations and farms, and visits to a few villages. The castle we visited was Paderne Castle perched on top of a hill. Mostly a ruin but still worth visiting. We also visited the only working windmill which is also located in Paderne, along with a local shop in the same village where we tasted different honey’s and fire water. Finally we stopped at Alte, a beautiful Portuguese village where we stopped for coffee in a lovely cafe called Água Mel and where we had the best cakes I have tasted so far in Portugal. Carla was very informative giving us a detailed running commentary everywhere we went. A great day out. Would definitely recommend. Bring sturdy shoes as you will be walking on some uneven ground and climbing in and out of the Land Rover.

My friend and I took the safari tour back in Auguest 2019. I reccomend everyone that goes to Algarve to book this tour it was amazing. Our tour guide was Philip lovely guy, you could see he was very passionate about his culture he is very knowledgeable. I am half Portuguese myself and this was my first time travelling to Portugal and this was the best tour to learn about the culture. We also had lunch which was lovely. The ride up the rocks was scary and fun at the same time. We also visited the orange Vineyard and cork forest, learnt alot about corks how it is grown and it’s uses, we also visited a farm where this lovly couple lived, we learnt how honey, almonds and gin is made and we got to have a little taste. The honey was amazing. Overall I am happy my friend and I booked this tour, I will definatly be recommending to all my friends and hope to visit again. Obrigado Philip.

Was a great, educational and fun activity to do! Being here between the beach and the mountains, my local friend and me were searching for a nice safari experience hosted by locals. And this was surely a good decision to go with them. Luis is a very passionate guide that will explain you a lot about the history and the agriculture about Algarve. He is very knowledgeable and his English is very good. Any question is no issue for him. The more he can share, the more you’ll get along with him:) After 3 hours of safari trip, my local friends and I had a wonderful experience. If you like to know more about the region, then don’t hesitate to go with them! Cheers,

We travelled to Portugal back in the beginning of June, and had our full day tour on the 5th of June. What can I say the tour was amazing! It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. A special thanks to our tour guide Fred, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming and funny! He told us a lot about local culture and made our trip even more fun and interesting. The trip really showed Portugal from a different point of view - the more authentic side of it. The mountain views were breathtaking. We even got to save a turtle from dying in a dried out pond! I definitely recommend their tours, you won't regret booking it!

Myself and partner were on a short break in Albufeira, sadly just come home! Had arranged for the full day tour with lunch which was made so memorable and fun. Very informative tour guide I believe his name was Gill (I misplaced the card) who also took a fantastic photo of us and made us a boat out of a bamboo leaf. I would personally highly recommend it, very bumpy ride though, with back problems it did hurt a bit but was worth it after the fire water ;)

We had an amazing trip out today with our guide Jose. It was great to see the cultural side of the Algarve...all the fruit trees and local historic sights including the castle ruins, church and waterfall. Trying the local produce; fruit, honey and firewater and learning about the traditions was great. We really can't recommend the trip and Jose enough...such fun and not to be missed. I
