We were glad we booked beforehand even though we only sent the booking request email 3 hours before dining here. The majority of people dining here had pre-booked and it was very busy. The table accommodated our pram with 6 month old. The staff were very welcoming, especially the younger chap who was very friendly to our little boy. We could see that many customers were regulars as the welcomes were provided with hugs and laughter. The menu had a range of choice from seafood to meats. We decided to have the scallops and garlic bread to start, lamb tenderloins and fillet steak in red wine for mains. We were so full but because the dishes were excellent so far, we opted for desserts, chocolate brownie and almond pie. Both were delicious and we were surprised we had room to finish them. Really glad we tried the desserts here. The meal was rounded off with either a glass of passion fruit liquor or port, we had one of each, both very nice to finish with. Our bill came to just under €80 which we felt was very good for half a bottle of green wine, beer, water, the service and exceptional 3 course meal. Would definitely recommend this place and it is border line 5* and one of the best we have visited in Guia.

Visited this restaurant while staying in a villa near Albufeira. The setting looks interesting with a massive plate outside and glasses in the car park and on the stairs. The hosts are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We met Rui who guided us in. The food is something else. We had garlic bread as a small starter and we had a fillet steak dish which was one of the best I have ever eaten and cooked to perfection. The whole plate had unusual garnishes and everything was edible including the flowers and herbs. Made such a great taste experience. We then had deserts and immediately booked another night. What an amazing place!

We were a bit late to book anywhere as we were walking around on holiday and after been turned away by a couple of restaurants We tried this restaurant as the last one on the way back to our apartment and we’re simply blown away! The staff squeezed us in (group of 6) even tho they were fully booked, the staff were happy, attentive and amazingly proactive to our and our little ones needs. The food was sublime, scallops cooked to perfection and steak that just melts in your mouth. The location has very romantic feel, we were just finishing eating as the sun was setting, casting the outdoor dinning area in that amazing Mediterranean glow.
