Awful food and even worse attitude from the manager

I don't usually write reviews, but this place deserves a warning label. The food was absolutely terrible - bland, overcooked, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. We politely let the staff know it wasn't up to par, thinking they'd appreciate the feedback. Instead, the manager came over and argued with us, getting defensive and even confrontational, like we had personally insulted them. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable. If you're looking for good food and respectful service, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. The staff and food are both as bad as each other

As seen below the staff are extremely rude and confrontational. We were prepared to fully pay the bill except the two uneaten dishes even though the rest of the food was also disgraceful. We should’ve known based on us being the only customers in the whole restaurant that the food was going to be poor even with a tiny menu. No desserts were ordered and I can only imagine what they’d serve after the awful dinner they served us

The customers next door told us they were shocked at the treatment and horrible behaviour from the staff and they would warn people to not eat there not just for the poor food quality but the horrible attitude from the...

The reviews are spot-on for Staffie's! We enjoyed both house specials for dinner, the Bitoque de Vaca (Steak with Eggs) and Gambas ao Alhinho (Garlic Shrimp) with ratatouille and rice. Everything was very delicious and the wine selection was superb. (See the short list below in a photo) We enjoyed a Alentajo Branco as well which was delicious with the seafood and vegetables. They make their own Piri-Piri with unique spices that gave it such a different spicy flair, I loved it! If you like a kick, ask to try some of this!

The service was excellent and Fabian was personable and attentive. They also make their own desserts and we enjoyed a lemon merinque tart to finish our meal with spirits that were made in-house too.

Definitely a different dining experience in the marina. At the end of the pier. Staffie's is a great bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating....

the day's menu includes : olives + main menu (pork or fish you choose) + dessert and coffee. all of them were sooo deli!!!!

The best restaurant for me, among lisbon and albufeira. so close near the albufeira. 쇼핑센터나 쇼핑거리에 있는 식당들보다 훨 맛있어요! 차로 3분거리 정도밖에 안되서 그먕 와도되고 레저하러 올 때 꼭 추천합니다!

"fisherman (pecheur) salad" has got amazimg grilled(?idk) shrimp, pulpo which is very soft like fish, and can tuna which adds the umami. All in a dish. 해산물 샐러드 꼭 드세요! 왕푸짐하고 샐러드 안에 그릴드 새우 정말 맛있어요!! 샐러드 믹스도 신선하고 밭에서 캐온 것처럼 신선해요. You will not find anywhere like this fresh mixed seafood salad.

To repeat, the shrimp was sooooo great! I still think of the shrimp before every meal. The vege in the salad was various and so fresh,,, which i've craved so much during our trip❣️

The nice lady and the greeting chef were so nice and warm-hearted. I aprreciate how she tried to speak Eng for us. 인상은 사람마다 다르게 느낄 수있지만 정말 따듯하고 친절하신 분이시구요❤️‍🔥

The lemon marran cake was sooooooo nice.... which made me regret on all other dessert I've had so far. 레몬 머랭 케이크, 이날의 런치 디저트로 주셨는데 핵꿀맛 !! 진짜 그전까지 먹은 다른 디저트들이 후회되요

마지막으로 나온 에스프레소 커피 여기 진짜 맛있어요 and lastly, the espresso here is rly good, so deep. 에스프레소 케이크인가?랑 포루투갈식 디저트 서비스로 주셨는데 저는 맛있었구요

샐러드 따로 단품이고, 런치 다 해서 11유로라서 더더욱...
