A Padaria — Restaurant in Aljezur

Great olive bread — truly tasty. Unfortunately, the service came with a side of attitude. I asked if they could cut the loaf as we were on a roadtrip and weren’t gonna have the opportunity to cut it anywhere, and was told, quite flatly, “We don’t cut, we don’t have a bread cutter.” Ah yes, a padaria without a knife — a bold business model. We went there to have some breakfast - the bakery is located by a busy street so if you’re looking for a calm and peaceful place to enjoy a cup of coffee and some pastry - that’s not it.
