I recently lunched at Arte Bianca in Aljezur, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the food had its merits, the overall visit was marred by poor service and questionable practices. The service was subpar. Not only was it slow and inattentive, but there was also a noticeable bias towards tourists. Local customers seemed to receive less attention, which was disappointing. As a visitor, I expected a more welcoming atmosphere. Arte Bianca felt like a classic tourist trap. The prices were high, especially considering the quality of service and food. We were pleasantly surprised by the food. We were watching a few people walk out with pizza boxes. So obviously known for its pizza. But we ordered the eggplant dish along with a pasta dish. And both were absolutely delicious. The pasta is handmade on location. And the eggplant dish was exquisite. We loved the presentation of the dish as well as the portions of the dish. We ordered a nice bowl of bread to go along with our dinner. The place was packed. We do recommend reservations as it seems to be a local favorite. The prices were excellent. We ate indoors because there was a little drizzle of rain. But it seems that there is an outdoor patio. It's also perfect for vegetarians. I'll add that this is not a place that is suitable for people with disabilities. There is a stone staircase to go up. I would say that this place is trendy with a very good chef/kitchen. We really enjoyed Arte Bianca in Aljezur. The place is modern, stylish and still cozy. You feel welcome right away.

The service was excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive and created a relaxed atmosphere. Guests are clearly the focus here.
