Quintal dos Sabores — Restaurant in Aljezur

We saw the blackboard offering lunch with fish and meat and everything. We took place in the beautiful garden. It took around 10 minutes til we got the menu, the waitress couldn't speak english and was not willing to communicate anyway...very, very alentejo. We then managed to order food, lasted another 45 minutes and had to ask twice for our drinks...the food, rice with seafood was quite good, but the service really bad. We were sooo impressed by the lady who runs the restaurant. When we asked about the soup of the day, she brought us a bowl to taste before we ordered. The soup was very tasty, had beans, cabbage and pasta inside. We also had some pork dishes and a fish dish. Although service was slow, we were not bothered as the lady was doing everything alone. This place is tremendously horrible, the food is disgusting, the waiters are rude and don't care about anything, there are wild cats walking around stealing food and no one does anything about it, they make you pay for food you didn't order, they don't even make the effort to write down what you order (trying to show off) and then mix up and get everything that you ordered wrong... I will never come back here in my life, and advise anyone going there to...
