The octopus in olive sauce was to die for. I then ordered the aji De Gallina. Aji is a spicy Peruvian pepper, so one would suggest this is traditionally spicy. It had zero spice and pretty much zero flavour. There's nothing like the Peruvian classic. When asked where is the warmth? The owner said chef re.oves the seeds.
