Service was quick from the servers, the kitchen was quite slow. I ask if they sell the greek pita gyros and I am told that they make it in the house but only for takeaway, so I can't enjoy something off the menu if I want to sit and enjoy the meal at the restaurant. Lastly, when I am to pay I am told they are a cash only business, which made my experience very poor and irritable. Food was ok, overpriced and not the real greek experience.

Update: As a chef with 5 years of experience dear owner you can question my taste for food all you want. I have worked with customer service and dealt with customers from all over the world throughout my carrer in the United States. You operate in Charneca da Caparica and you have your own vision that seems not so flexible to criticism. Knowing you work with Uber eats it is not acceptable that in 2024 you operate as a cash only business without warning a customer that is sitting at your restaurant for the first time, moreover, opening exceptions for customers ultimately is what make them happy, unlike coming up with policies and more policies that may...

Yesterday we visited your restaurant expecting to enjoy an authentic Greek gyros, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with what we were served.

We ordered gyros, but instead of the well-known and expected dish with French fries, pita bread, meat, sauce, and garnish, we received a plate with rice with raisins and apples, oven-baked potatoes, and a piece of gyros meat. There was no pita bread at all, and the French fries were completely missing.

In addition, it is not possible to pay by card, which is inconvenient and not in line with modern customer expectations.

We understand that every restaurant may have its own interpretation of classic recipes, but when a customer orders a well-known and traditional dish like gyros, they expect something specific. In our case, what we received had almost nothing to do with the original, which ruined the whole experience for us.

We hope you take this feedback into consideration, as we enjoy Greek cuisine and would love to receive a more authentic and closer-to-expectations...

Ok Greek food, not the best I've had to be fair, but an overall ok meal. The cold was off putting...the room was freezing, and during this time of the year ( January) an extra heater in the room should be expected, otherwise we can't take our coat off and it's just not a nice way to be sat at a restaurant. Service was good, the cheeskake was the best cheesekake I've ever had, out of this world I could go back just for that haha The low end side of the greek red wine was lovely too. No card payment accepeted but MBway is ok if you have it ( plenty of signs letting you know before you go in). Nice but I didnt leave with that feeling of " I must go back" or " this is so good" feeling, the other Greek place in Costa da Caparica was better in its good old days, specially the Gyros, but lost its spark so decided to give this a go. This is a more pleasent athomesphere ( if not cold but this is a common Portuguese restaurant problem), presentation is lovely etc it's decent but not mind blowing. Good place and...
