What can I say, only that for a small town, it has one fantastic restaurant, staff was very polite and helpful ( as myself and my better half have very little Portuguese between us 😀 )
The food was fantastic We started with the customary olives, bread and spread, we also had a crap mixed with salad Then the vegetable soup Followed with a grill Steak with mustard, which came with chips and vegetables Washed down with a bottle of Rosa and 2 pints of beer
Then to finish with 2 coffees
Total €52 . 80
Now, some people might believe that's a lot, though can you please bare in mind that this morning, we paid £17.75 for just 2 drinks at Bournemouth...
Read moreAwesome food! Great service! First impression wasn't great but I was judging the place from the outside. Walking in already changed my impression. I'm not one for big reviews but I think the combination of not expecting much from this restaurant then getting the fantastic service and food just gave me that WOW factor!
Personally think it was the best restaurant...

Finalizámos com um cafézinho para ajudar na digestão.
A avaliação final é de 4,5 estrelas. A única ressalva é que, pelo preço, as doses poderiam ser um pouco mais generosas.

The sopa da pedra did not disappoint. The flavor was excellent, with the potatoes perfectly cooked and all the ingredients well balanced, as expected.
For the main courses, the experience remained on point. We ordered a chicken and shrimp skewer and a portion of picanha, and both were great.
We finished with a small coffee to aid digestion.
The final rating is 4.5 stars. The only downside is that, for the price, the portions could have been a bit...
