Horrible experience, not to repeat! We should have listened to the bad reviews. Worst service in Portugal - they simply do not care!

Put our names on list to be seated with the younger waitress, while tables sat free. After 40 minutes, they gave away a free table to a family that just walked up, without wait. The owner glanced at us, knowingly, and we waited more.

Two tables became available at the same time and the owner motioned us to sit in the cramped one between two groups, without other word, then left us to wait more. Under the black awning it was uncomfortably hot, like a heater was on. A couple that just walked up was immediately placed in the other free table and were being attended to immediately.

Finally, the younger waitress set the table and we waited more for the menus. When the menus finally came, half of the items were either permanently marked out or not available. No drink menu or offer to take our drink order was given.

When we finally were able to order, we asked for the special of the day, and were promptly told that the last of it was just ordered - by the table of the couple who were seated AFTER us, who already had drinks!

The entire experience was ridiculous! Over an hour wasted for no reason, intentionally bad service and limited overpriced options. Tourist...

Tourist trap. We came at 18:40 and the kitchen only opened at 19:00 although we saw that the place is opened. The food was not good, the meat was overcooked and most of the menu wasn’t available so we had to make up our own meal and ask if this thing is available or the other etc.. the vegetarian ones out of out group had an overpriced small salad with half an egg that costed 15€ each!!! The food wasn’t good and one of us threw up in the next morning and we suspect that the food from the restaurant made it happen. Also forgot to mention that there were 2 cats that were always walking around next to us, and one even sat on a chair next to one of us I don’t recommend it at all! Tourists trap be...

Fui ao jantar, Funcionários inesperientes, enquanto há 3 funcionários, 1 cozinheiro, 2 a servir às mesas, sem qualquer tipo de experiência notória o patrão estava sentado na esplanada com os amigos a ver os funcionários trabalhar e ainda a dizer o que eles tinham de fazer (a dar pressão), 1 hora sentado à espera de ser servido, um casal ao lado esteve 2 horas à espera de ser servido, um grupo de estrangeiros (como é habitual nestas zonas em tempo de férias) foram-se embora sem pagar porque não gostaram da comida, os clientes informaram o rapaz que estava a servir, este foi dizer ao patrão e ele nem teve a decencia de ir lá fora falar com os clientes, terminei de comer 2 horas depois, na ementa falta de bebidas, 1 vinho disponível, o menu de grelhada mista, com batatas fritas do pacote, carne de porco crua. Notoriamente, patrão só deve querer saber do dinheiro e não se preocupa com os clientes nem com as melhorias, previsivelmente não paga bem aos empregados por isso é que não têm experiência, deve haver muita rotitividade de empregados devido à falta de condições que lhes é proporcionado, definitivamente não volto, e não recomendo ninguém a...
