Relento — Restaurant in Braga

Horrible Experience, waiters rushed the starters, asked for melon and presunto starter, only received the presunto.

Now mains, asked for 2 mixed bbq meat boards one with out chilli and one with.. chilli oil was very weak, owner offered us his homemade chilli sauce (basically a bowl of olive oil and half a dried chilli), also the meat was really dry.

ontop of this we were served a bowl of really old rice, smelt rancid one of our guests nearly puked with just the smell, we asked for it to be sent back, the waitress couldnt care less didnt offer to take back the plates with the gone off rice and replace them with fresh ones, came back 3 minutes later with freshly made rice, which makes me wonder why didnt they serve us the fresh one from the start.

Poor service from the waitress, the more experienced waitress was just as bad didnt offer an apology for serving gone off rice nor did the owner. Avoid this place...

DO NOT EAT HERE. We came here excited and hungry. The five star reviews can be quite misleading. They made us wait a long time and eventually we were served cold croquettes that we did not order so naturally my son grabbed one so we had to pay 17 euros for it. The place was completely empty. We were lead to sit in the back of the place in a nice dining area only to be charged 7 euro to sit and eat. The food was okay, we ordered the chicken and bacalhau. When the lady was moving the plates, there were bugs under the plate. Somehow the bill and extra charges added up to 90 euros. We Ordered three dishes in total so we were clearly scammed at this place. When it was time to pay, the owner was staring at the bill for so long and it felt like he was just adding unnecessary charges to our bill. This was the worst and only horrible experience we have had in Portugal. Would not...

Nous sommes passés par hasard devant la vitrine de ce restaurant en nous éloignant à peine du centre ville pour essayer de voir au loin le sanctuaire Bom Jesus. Quand on a vu les poulets et autres viandes sur le grill, on était contents, car cela faisait plusieurs jours qu'on avait envie de manger du poulet braisé à la portugaise 😁 sans trouver. Et là, le hasard fait bien les choses !!! On ne devine pas qu'il y a une grande salle de restaurant au bout de l'entrée. Jolies tables avec nappes et serviettes en tissu 😀. Sanitaires vraiment propres. Personnel et patron très agréables et qui passent voir si tout va bien pendant le repas. Tout est bon et TRÈS copieux, avec la générosité du service. Faites un tour là-bas. Vous ne regretterez pas. Et les tarifs sont vraiment pas chers. Bonne continuation à ce restaurant et...
