Had my sons baptism at this place as the food was highly recommended . Paid for an all you can eat buffet including drinks for the event to be at the restaurant and the day was ruined as the staff were incompetent and seemed like they just couldn’t be bothered we were made to feel not welcome as we were constantly being told they have other customers soon and to move like they were in a rush to get us out as soon as possible the food was only out for 30 minutes and in that time my baby was napping and he wasn’t even able to eat anything as the buffet food was all taken away even though there was so much food left! we had 6 children there and had to constantly keep going up and down the stairs in the heat to get them drinks as there was no one there to get them drinks or glasses on the table and then I paid extra for a 2 hour mini bar and wasn’t even told it was already out so guests missed out on 45 mins it to then be told I can’t go outside as other customers are coming when it was agreed to have the mini bar outside in the first place and the top floor would be private to ourselves! They promised cocktails and other drinks but just brought up a already made cocktail with mosquitos swimming in it that looked like had been left out all day! Overall the food was good but the customer service was rushed and poor the location is great but so disappointed as I had high hopes for this place being the perfect place for my sons special day but it wasn’t! They even took the desserts off the table that was on the buffet that I paid for and put it back behind the counter to re sell it to other customers. They left old flowers that were dead on the main table for all my guests to see which must’ve still been there for a old event they hosted not very nice at all. Everyone at the baptism noticed how rushed the experience was and it made to feel we weren’t wanted there even though we had paid so much money to have the event there and had family fly in from abroad. Everytime I asked for extra soft drinks for the children they would only give one or two at the time even though it was such a hot day and I had paid for the drinks to be unlimited during the meal! Still no apology from them yet and still they have the cheek to post photos to advertise their restaurant for events using the cake and decorations I paid for extenerally on the day even though they let my cake fall in the heat because they left it out all day and wouldn’t put it in the...

We came here for dinner with my mom just before her birthday. We chose a restaurant to celebrate.

Everything went well and even a heavily salted dish did not ruin the mood.

The mood was ruined by the fact that the waiter tried to deceive us twice. The first time, he added about 20 extra euros to the bill. When we noticed this, he right here switched to Spanish, although he had been speaking to us all evening in Portuguese. He then brought a new bill with another extra amount added. He also openly lied to us, claiming that the «fish with shrimps» dish on the menu for 21 euros was not what I had ordered and was prepared for me. Instead, they cooked fish separately for me and put a separate dish of shrimp on top, and charged me for both dishes.

It's not scary to overlook a salty dish, but it's difficult to ignore such blatant lies and...

We were staying at a nearby 5-star hotel but decided to try this place instead—and honestly, we’re so happy we did! The food was way better than what we had at the hotel and about half the price. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and just really well made.

The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was super friendly. We had our little one with us, who (let’s be honest) cried through most of the meal, but the staff couldn’t have been nicer about it. They smiled, reassured us, and made us feel totally comfortable.
