Nice clean spacious room and decent bathroom – all I was looking for was a bed for the night so suited me. Met a very helpful Marcus upon arrival and he could not do enough including solving an issue with the plug for the bath (Same issue reported by a reviewer for the same room in July 2017….). NB – It’s not a hotel in the true sense of the word but rooms above a very busy restaurant where you also had to check in at a service counter. Same adjoining restaurant was very busy and had a buzz about it – dined there but don’t think I made the best choices suited to a fussy appetite. We thought this place a real find. It doesnt seem to advertise itself much from the outside (The rooms are above the restaurant of the same name) so can be missed. The rooms are modern and well furnished. Our bed was a huge ..and very comfortable..king size and the shower in mums room was a vast walk in job with a brilliant downpour shower head (we snuck in to try it!). The price for a double and single room was 110E including a large continental style breakfast. Be aware that breakfast doesnt start until 9.30a.m so no good if you are in a hurry to be off but it did keep us going all day! My only gripe was that the lighting in the bedroom was somewhat too ambient..i.e very dim and we couldnt plug in the lamps as there was no...
