Aashiana Restaurante — Restaurant in Cascais

We’ve been here dozens of times, including bringing friends and family, and it’s always good. Friendly staff and a very fair price, cheaper than other nice Indian restaurants we visited before finding this place. Our favourites are tandoori chicken, the eggplant curry, and karahi paneer. Great naan bread.

We found this place through a local recommendation and it was a lovely experience. The staff were so friendly and spoke very good English (helpful considering our minimal Portuguese). It's quite a small place so may be a good idea to book ahead. The decor was authentic and really nice. We all (7) ordered a feast, including starters, mains, rice, breads and 3 bottles of wine for under €18 each. So delicious, though be sure to ask for mild unless you like it...

Excellent! I had the prawn vindaloo. Finally an Indian restaurant where the 🌶️🌶️🌶️ symbols on the menu match the result! I've been looking for a 'hot' indian curry for ages... and this time I was not disappointed! (In fact, it was about as much as I could tolerate! And I can tolerate hot food!)
