Tiffosi da Serra — Restaurant in Cascais

The food was great. We had a shrimp salad and a steak with rice. We shared and it was still so much. We felt really comfortable eventho the waitress seemed a little unfocussed with a blurry view. (felt like she was stoned) we paid and due to exhaustion we might have missed checking the bill correctly. Turned out she charged us more then what we should have paid and I paid already. She apolegiesed and it was all good. She claimed she was transferring the difference back but she never did. The extra money they charged us never actually arrived on my account and we struggle to get a hold of them on the phone. Which is now a very sad ending to an actual very nice experience. During our stay at Tiffosi da Serra, we enjoyed high-quality meals served in perfect portions. However, as the restaurant was quite packed, at times the noise was so loud we couldn’t hear our friends sitting across the table. Furthermore, probably also due to a large number of guests, the waiter seemed overwhelmed. Overall, the delicious food was worth the reasonable price and didn’t take too long...

If you are really hungry, then you may eat there otherwise I recommend to search for annother place.

I must admit, service was really friendly, however food was far below average and for the quality without doubts by far overpriced.
