From where should I start...

First, we are received by a waitress, very rude, sad, and that clearly doesn't want to be there... During all my experience at this restaurant, this has been the mood. I thought that she might have confused me with someone that owns her money, and that this might be the reason for not seeing even one smile... Not even a forced one. The environment... Let's say, it was not so much appealing, and with a little smell coming from the toilet, that smells wonderfully to sewers... A very strong smell that comes to the dinner room... The food... The sushi was with reduced doses of fish, let's say that it was good for a low price restaurant, but let's face it, there are other restaurants in Castelo Branco, serving the same type of food, but better served, with more tuna and salmon. The kitchen food (in this case battered chicken steak and french fries), are microwave reheated. So in terms of food, not a good experience also. At the end, fried ice-cream flambé with Rum... Usually in all the other restaurants, they put a little bit of sugar with the rum and they light the fire... This has a reason, that is for the sugar to caramelise and give a little bit of more taste... In this case, it was just rum and fire on it...

The food is heavenly. The place looks a bit like a cafe but is acceptable. We had lunch there with friends. The service was OK but the server was a little miserable and could not find a smile. Perhaps she had experienced a recent bereavement so I should not judge. Value for money was good as this was a fixed price buffet. The food arrived promptly and was lovely and hot. The problem came with the bill. What restaurant these days is unable to accept cards? I had to run out of the place to try to find the nearest auto teller. Tive a oportunidade de visitar este restaurante de sushi em Castelo Branco e, infelizmente, a minha experiência foi bastante negativa. Desde o momento em que entrei no estabelecimento, percebi um atendimento fraco e sem qualquer tipo de formação por parte da equipa.

Para além disso, o espaço físico deixou bastante a desejar. Era demasiado modesto e claramente não foi pensado para proporcionar um ambiente acolhedor aos clientes. A disposição das mesas era desorganizada e o ambiente não transmitia qualquer sensação de conforto. Fiquei extremamente desapontado com a falta de cuidado na criação de um espaço agradável para desfrutar da refeição.

Ausência de musica ambiente, baixa luminosidade, cadeiras e mesas outdated.

No que diz respeito à comida... podia ser bem melhor. O sushi servido era medíocre e pouco elaborado. Os peixes utilizados não tinham a frescura esperada, o que afetava significativamente o sabor dos pratos. Além disso, as peças não apresentavam grande variedade e pareciam ter sido preparadas de forma apressada e sem atenção aos detalhes. Falta inspiração ao chef.

No geral, a minha experiência neste restaurante em Castelo Branco foi desagradável. O atendimento deficiente, o espaço físico pouco acolhedor e a comida medíocre corroboram a minha opinião negativa.
