Soul Sushi Tróia — Restaurant in Grândola

The sushi and dishes are tasty however the service is very, very slow/poor. Which is a shame. We came for lunch. We are a family of 4 and there was only 10 customers (including us) on the terrace, we were the first one seated but the last ones served. They got muddled up with our order, so took it to another table and then didn't even get ours served. At the end when two of our dishes including a kids meal didn't get delivered (after we complained) we paid and left. When I asked why they charged us the missing dish. Going to this restaurant, my friends and I were ready to have a nice meal. Little did we know that it would be one of the worst mealtime experiences we would ever encounter. First off I would like to say the food was adequate but not near enough for the prices. Then we had to struggle to pay for the overpriced meals because there was an evident lack of change, the people without a credit card had to borrow money from each other and everything became very messy. After this we also were all charged 3.50€ for the appetiser that no one ordered. And another 3.50 for TAP water. This was an overall horrible...

Service is very poor. They served us a dish and told us that it was “on the house” but then added 7 euro charge to the final bill. I complained to take it out. Also water served as mineral was actually tap water. This is just ridiculous! Also for a sushi restaurant, they did not provide a small dish for soya sauce which is strange. I don’t recommend this restaurant. I wrote the review so that other customers don’t get scammed by this restaurant owner. Many customers are writing similar stories so time to shun such restaurants.
