Delicious Francesinha! Great value for money. Definitely a comfort food. There are many options of francesinha to choose from. Friendly service. Although reservation is recommended as this place is very popular. They don't take booking after 9 p.m. as it becomes a first come first serve bases. We arrived after 9 p.m. and we waited around 25 mins for our table.

I came here with two other friends, me and my friend chose the double steak Francesinha (hiper sobe e desce) and the portion was huge. My other friend chose a standard size Francesinha (sai de baixo). They all came with a portion of French fries. But instead of piling them on the plate, they served the French fries on one plate with a gigantic portion to share between us. The food is very tasty, and the sauce is delicious. The spicy sauce only has a hint of spiciness, so it's suitable for everyone. The steak was not chewy at all. And if you want extra sauce, feel free to ask them and they will be happy to provide more. Overall, it was a great dinner served with delicious food! I would highly recommended everyone to...

Este restaurante sempre foi uma referência para mim. Pela primeira vez liguei a reservar mesa porque tenho uma filha de 12 meses...cheguei 10 minutos atrasada, só consegui falar com a senhora que andava a servir 5 minutos depois...quando finalmente lhe disse que tínhamos reserva, ela virou-se para mim e disse que já tinha desmarcado a mesa. Disse que era regra da casa avisarmos se fossemos chegar atrasados e que a regra era para todos ( regra que eu desconhecia, porque quando liguei ninguém me avisou)...esta senhora, que penso ser a dona do restaurante, foi extremamente indelicada e mal educada, quando nós falamos com ela sempre com calma, com algum espanto perante esta recepção!!! A comida é excelente, o senhor que nos serviu também foi impecável! Mas o que a outra senhora merecia era termos escrito no livro de reclamações, pois ninguém foi indelicado com ela, e ela recebeu-nos com 7 pedras na mão!!! Teve um comportamento lamentável, para quem está à frente de um negócio que lida com público. Faltou aqui um pouco de inteligência emocional. Agradeço de coração o atendimento do outro senhor, que prontamente nos serviu......
