While the breakfast cafeteria has a lot going for it, particularly in its cleanliness and the unique, welcoming atmosphere, the slow service unfortunately detracts from the overall experience. The food is undeniably tasty, and the environment makes it a pleasant place to enjoy a morning meal. However, despite the bar’s cleanliness, the waiting time—both for being seated and receiving menus—is longer than expected, even when there are only a few tables occupied.
It’s frustrating to see clean tables ready but still have to wait due to slow service. A little more attentiveness and efficiency from the staff could make the experience exceptional, as the foundation is already solid. I was there for 2 and a half hours and bought a coffee and tea with intention to buy more over time. A purchase once every hour to hour and a half has never been any issue anywhere else in the world that I have traveled.
At no point was the cafe crowded enough to where there wasn't room for other guests to sit. I finally left after the manager came and directly told me that they were asking me to either purchase more things or leave.
