We stayed at the Hilton and decided to try this restaurant for dinner — a huge mistake.
-Appetizers: We ordered the €10 bread appetizer, only to realize it was stale bread recycled from the hotel breakfast buffet (which we had eaten for the past three mornings). The €15 pork spread was also clearly reused from breakfast leftovers. Absolutely unacceptable.
-Main Course: We had the “fish of the day,” which was just okay, but it came with a fried potato patty that was cold and half-frozen inside — clearly fried straight from the freezer.
-Overall Quality: Don’t be fooled by the open kitchen and the three “chefs.” This place is a tourist trap, serving leftover breakfast food and poorly prepared frozen items.
Price: We paid €70 for this meal — a complete waste. Right after, we went to a Korean BBQ place in the city, paid the same amount, and had delicious Wagyu beef. The difference was...

We had the chicken and fish of the day, both were artfully prepared, flavorful and innovative in their presentation and combination of ingredients. The crispy skin on the snapper was perfect without the fish being overcooked. The sourdough bread is a highpoint, baked in-house and served warm. The butter would have been better if not whipped, to better showcase it's grass-fed fatty deliciousness. Everything else was well seasoned, balanced and portioned appropriately. The chocolate dessert was out of this world! You can really tell the chef is creative and wants to highlight natural flavors using local ingredients. Most importantly, the service we received the second night was phenomenal. We experienced subpar service other times during our stay. However, this time he really turned it around.
