Burger King 2ª Circular — Restaurant in Lisbon

Awful place, old, dirty, completely un welcoming. The food is disgusting and looks like pure puke. My party ordered a variety of different items, all looking more disgusting than the others. One of the most awful items was the chicken Cesar Salad... Looks like puke with an unnecessarily large piece of chicken landed in the middle of it. Never again! The staff are unmotivated, apathetic and resignated. The self ordering terminals are so old, they don't accept payments..., you need to go and pay at the counter once you've ordered. The staff just shrug their shoulders, they know it all and feel helpless. So why 2 stars? Because this place is extremely well located, just outside the airport, open late at night after a long flight, easy to stop at and their ice creams are very good. Their new cheddar bites are..., edible, if...

We stopped here hoping to get a quick dinner. We were tired and just wanted something easy. We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich and then we waited and waited and waited. This was probably one of the longest I have ever had to wait in a fast food restaurant. The crew were all over the place doing everything but get us our food, I could see that the sandwiches were done and they were just sitting there in the bin and still nobody seemed to o be able to fill our order. Finally after about 15 minutes waiting they filled the order and we took it back to our airport hotel just 5 minutes from the restaurant. When we opened the bag all the food was cold. It was so disappointing.

Not sure how thos place stays in business....

I love Burger King sandwich and was so happy to come all the way from the USA 🇺🇸 to find my favorite fast food restaurants. The restaurant was clean, and the workers, most of whom looked young teenagers, were not playing, around they were focused, helping, and friendly. I ordered my meal and totally enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. And all the best and respect to the young people who choose to come to work rather than going out and getting into trouble. OH, and lastly, if you want to use the bathroom, it's upstairs this if for the older folks, I am not sure if there is one downstairs, but be very careful going and coming up...
