Fei He — Restaurant in Lisbon

As a client who is living in this nighaborhood near the restaurant, I walked into this restaurant for having sushi and food, I left the restaurant and my money unpleasantly; all the people who want to pay for a service in return they want good quality and respect as well, all the foods there in the afternoon for having lunch were not fresh and it seems like they are for a couple of days ago. I went into cashier to pay and as I started to talk about the quality of the foods, the woman who was working there told me "you think other customers cannot understand about quality of sushi and you’re only one who understand"!!!! Judgement on you. I don’t think this is a good answer to a client. It doesn’t mean that if other people are not complaining about the quality of food, I shouldn’t say anything. Even a kid can realize the quality of the food, if it is fresh or for a couple of days ago. Respecting a client is mandatory, especially to those ones who are not insulting and are complaining the situation...

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chinese buffet, an experience to forget. The environment was so noisy that it was hard to enjoy anything. I gave it 1 star, but only because it wasn’t possible to give 0. The cutlery and glasses were dirty, which is already a worrying sign regarding hygiene. The food? A disaster. Overall, it was extremely greasy. The fried dishes were soggy, without any crispiness. The sushi was nothing more than plain rice rolls with the smallest amount of fish, and tasteless on top of that. The fruit looked overripe, not fresh at all. The grill, which should ensure proper cooking, was a complete failure. Despite everything being oily, the frozen crab was almost raw, and the shrimp seemed poorly handled with the digestive tract still inside, which made me lose all appetite. I definitely do not...

Venue and food were Ok. The only thing I didn't like, is the fact that when we arrived at 3:00pm, one of the waitresses informed us that the kitchen was already closed and that they were not going to refill the buffet area which had plenty of options, so we were ok with that. But half an hour later, we had another lady (who seemed to be the boss) very upset telling us to eat faster because she needed to get her kids from the school and she had to close the restaurant. I mean, if that was the case, we would have been informed the very minute we stepped into the restaurant. We were a party of two plus a baby, while I had to feed the baby first I wasn't able to properly eat, but still had to pay and leave in a hurry. Next time is better to say that the place is closing in half an hour so people can have the choice to go...
