I went to McDonalds to have breakfast with my son. I did table service. I received all of my food except the cookie I ordered. So I went back up the the counter and there were two people in the back that looked right at me and didn’t offer any help. So a guy in a white shirt apparently a manager. I waved at him and said excuse me. He was doing nothing but standing around. He looked right at me and walked away and ignored me. I stood there for a few more minutes while he went to just talk to another co-worker still never coming back to help me. So another employee came out from the back eager to help me. I asked her the guys name in the white shirt she said Leo. I told her what he did and she apologized and got my cookie. Her name is Syra I believe. She was wonderful. The manager needs to learn what customer service is. His behavior is unacceptable. I’ve been to this McDonalds many times and never had that bad of service. I’ve also never seen him before. It was the 3rd time this week that I had to come here overnight, and Mr. Nelson was my supplier and every time he was incredibly professional and helpful. This evening Mr. Nuno was also present, and I have exactly the same words for him. Thank you, Macdonalds, for the professionalism of your workers and for the human empathy you showed me as a customer. As for the food, I don't even usually eat meat :) But, once again, my appreciation for the humanity...
