McDonald's — Restaurant in Lisbon

Can be a little more gentle with others before saying a ruff sorry in the end with nonsense what so ever😩 There is a internal room with a glass door like any McDonald's if is a door without any public announcement or at least looked, the customers can open it, and wait for the staff to bring the meal as asked, all of the sudden it came a member of staff, you can not be in here, but why if is not announcement or the door wasn't locked? Even after this situation you can't be here, I felt so bad that almost ask for refund. I thought one more time about something positive let's see at least the next member will be far better.

This is not your typical McDonalds per se. It's located at the gas station which itself is on the circular road. We wanted to grab a quick snack before going to a scheduled appointment and got stuck - two meals took 15+ minutes to prepare while the restaurant was practically empty. After a long wait we got the food where they forgot to put the sauce and napkins, as well as mixed up the drinks. Now, the sandwiches made me hysterically laugh, I have not yet seen a burger consisting of a patty squeezed into buns and that's it! NO salad, tomatoes, onions, pickles, sauces - NOTHING 😁😁😁 We had no time to argue unfortunately but beware, and enjoy a snack...

Just used the drive in: it's very fast off hours but since it's located on one of the most crowed roads in Portugal (2ª Circular) it's very normal to see it incredible full with big lines.
