POKE & PIZZA VILLAGE — Restaurant in Lisbon

Ordered here though app. When I arrived (it’s a little bit far from home) they refused to give my order. I showed them proofs of the reservation and they said it’s false and they didn’t have food (totally FALSE because I saw toons of food there) and asked me to cancel several times. Of course I refused to do because it’s my money and I’m paying for a service that they didn’t want to give me. They press me to cancel the order (I couldn’t cancel because if I cancel, money will not return to me) and, after 20 minutes trying to talk with them, with bad results, I said that if I don’t have my order, I’ll fill a claim, and then magically they had my food for me. Worst experience ever in Lisbon. Also, the products doesn’t have the best quality and owners/workers aren’t honest....

This is an example of a restaurant where the owners and staff have real aim to make their customers happy while maintaining the good level of service and quality of food. I was definitely impressed by the generous serving of the chicken pizza I had. Full of ingredients and really tasty. They were all friendly, polite, very accommodating, and spoke English well. The restaurant was also kept clean and tidy. I hope they can continue to run this business in this very good standard. Keep up...

Tasty and good looking food! The taste of margherita pizza was amazing, it could make gelous almost all italian chefs. Pasta had a diffrent taste than we are used to in our country, but actually very interesting. In other words, the owner of restaurant that was actually one of the chef it was very kind and friendly with all of us and in adition to this, he prepared some pasta special for our 3 years...
