Don't expect a long list of complex and varied choices that are usually found in thai restaurants. Although this is indoors and technically a restaurant, it is offering something closer to a street food experience. There is only one chef, doing everything in a wok. Things go into a paper to go box from which you eat with single use chopsticks (oops!)

There are basically two type of dishes, each with a few variations: noodles (pad Thai) or rice. Both are fried in the wok, as mentioned before. Choices of sauces and different types of meat/vegetables are available for each of the bases. I recommend the red curry pad Thai, but beware of its spiciness, as it might be strong for portuguese taste. The rice dishes flavours are far more subtle and less exceptional (haven't tried all).

Service is friendly. Decoration is simple, modern and tasteful. With posters done by a local designer specifically for the restaurant. Kitchen is visible from the dining room and cleaness is verifiable.

It is not accessible. The restaurant itself has no obstacles, but it stands on a terrace accessed through a flight of stairs only.

Follow their Instagram as sometimes they have promotions and discounts announced there.

The waiter promised additions to the menu as soon as...

We were attracted by the very nice design they post on social media and as experienced Pad Thai lovers that enjoy the famous dish around the world including many times in Thailand, this was a terrible disappointment. The place is nicely decorated but small and didn't look very clean. The service was pretty slow but the only employee was friendly. But let's get to the "food". We asked for 2 shrimp pad thais but after 30mins we were informed that there was just shrimp for 1 as they were going on holiday soon... We understood and ordered 1 shrimp and 1 chicken pad thai. After some wait we were presented with a soggy noodles small bowl (almost a soup) with funny taste chicken, shrimps that were ran over by a truck and weird sauce they call pad thai sauce. We tried 2 bites and it was inedible... and we even feared for our health. It was the end of the sad tentative meal. What was served is totally unacceptable. I could understand the flavour for not being perfect, the noodles to be a bit soggy... but to call this a pad thai and to serve it to people, a total irresponsibility. We tried to share the opinion with the employee but after being told that she doesn't know or appreciate asian food, it was hard to share what was wrong with it (that was...

Faz 3 semanas que tentei comer neste restaurante. Fui a uma hora de almoço. Esperei 40 minutos e nada me serviram.

Já visitei o Mixed Martial Rice várias vezes, porque a localização me é bastante conveniente.
