Hello! I really love your cafe since 2019. I dream that someday the format of your unique and inimitable cuisine will return! Because a burnt croissant yesterday ... it’s sad. And what’s even sadder is that the girl who worked took it out to the client. I would like to believe that this is an isolated case, because your place is about more - At least it was before! I was confused by this. I removed the top burnt layer. But this experience is about attitude towards clients and the issue of service. Everyone makes mistakes, this is experience. The question is how to use this experience.

The Royal Rawness has a pleasant, industrial-style atmosphere that’s visually appealing and comfortable. However, the experience falls short in other areas. By 10:30 AM, the food options were surprisingly limited, with a noticeably small menu that lacks variety. While the coffee itself is quite good, the overall value for money isn’t great. Paying €7.50 for a latte and a pain au chocolat feels overpriced, especially considering the lack of alternative choices.

"The Royals Are Back" One of the famous roasters in Lisbon with specialty coffee in Lisboa. If you are near to Factory Lisboa or Hub creative Beato this is the best place to try freshly roasted coffee with the great barista and roaster Mr. Sagar with Helpful and excellent service. Loves to try cappuccino with the great coffee with Great barista in Lisbon.

Disastrous!!

Basically came in afternoon, after a nice day on the beach, to enjoy a lovely brunch and some juice & coffee, and walked in & ask 1 of the male staff, to sit outside, where all tables were empty (1 sign that says a lot.. other cafes beside had people in their outside tables). But benefit of the doubt, wanted to find out how customer service is, and quality/freshness of products & creativity of menu.

Staff member confirm all good, I sat down, waiting to get a menu and order some another brunch for dinner.

To my surprise, after 15 mins, no one came...I'm sure I saw at least 3 staff members inside. Had about 3 customers in total inside...ok, something here is very wrong. You have almost 1 staff member per head in the establishment, and you can't even bring me a menu after 15 mins, where staff were chatting, instead of serving?

Other customers walked in, and they were getting served, ice creams, etc...and I was still standing outside waiting to get a menu (2dn sign, they treat customers bias, base on their perspective, if you should be served or not), no any weak person by now, would have lost their temper, specially a Portuguese man.

But again, give the benefit of the doubt, and got up and went inside, and sat right in a position, where any of the 3 or 4 male staff could see me.

All 3 saw me, 1 came outside serving area and sat by himself eating and drinking...wow, most embarrassing moment when you have customers who haven't even been served, what a disgrace of running a customer service business.

The other 2 kept chatting whatever they were chatting. Customer focus is not their priority, and they will pick and choose who they serve...a disrespect to catering business.

Btw, this happened on the 25th July 2020, around 18:00, so you know exactly who was on the shift.

And it shows they pick and choose who they serve well, or who they don't serve at all, or even acknowledge his presence on the establishment.

Now my fellow customers, if you get treated like this, in any cafe around the world, you know what the customer service level is???

Selected (bias), pretty much really bad, and doomed for big failure!

Would you want to bring your business partners & associates to a place like this?? No!! Will advise to stay away.

This review will remain in your cafe, as a proof that doesn't matter how many customers you serve well, if there's even a single one that describes a complete total different treatment, then you don't treat everyone equally and not every person is welcomed in your establishment, which is discrimination and bullying.

I'm sure any hot girls are very welcome, and couples, where the girl looks nice & hot are very welcome too.

Good luck with that mind set of running a business of...
