Wok Ninja — Restaurant in Lisbon

Terrible experience from the staff. The quality of the food as well as the variety was good but I'm keeping all the stars the lowest possible to make sure this negatively impacts the restaurant.

I ordered from Too Good To Go, and they added and extra packaging fee of 60¢ which at other restaurants usually include chopsticks but here I had to pay an extra 10¢ for them and they don't give any soy sauce or ginger and wasabi bc apparently those are not part of the sushi experience if you don't dine in. I have ordered from many sushi places on Too Good To Go and they have ALWAYS given me soy sauce AND chopsticks. The lady who i spoke to here tried to explain herself by saying, and I quote "we don't get these things for free so you have to pay for them" and "other places give you one box but we give two". To which I have to say : I am not getting them for free, I clearly paid for the food (which at ANY sushi restaurant is served with soy sauce), and almost every other sushi place gives two boxes IF NOT THREE when you order from Too Good To Go!! If you aren't ready to accommodate the concept of too good to go, maybe don't advertise your food there. (Oh and I did manage to get some free soy sauce after, from NOORI, so...

Ontem dia 28/10 tive uma reserva no Wok Ninja. Eu amo 😻 de coração a culinária asiática. Pelo valor de 10:50 o jantar? Estava muito bommm mesmo. Atendimento é maravilhoso, todas as funcionárias são extremamente educadas e atenciosas. Senhora que atende no caixa é um amor de pessoa. Food 🥘: Tem uma grande variedade, muito bom mesmo, infelizmente os hot não estavam realmente hot. Mas isso é um pequeno detalhe é sabemos que ali é buffet o sistema. Sangria está uma delícia 🤤.

Extra pontos positivos: Primeiro restaurante em Lisboa que eu vejo tendo tantos cuidados com o COVID. Luvas 🧤 descartáveis para todos os clientes, toalhas descartáveis para limpar as mãos. Muito álcool em gel. Teve um erro no pagamento da minha amiga, pois ela não avisou que era reserva aí foi cobrado o valor normal. Senhora do caixa foi um amor e com toda educação devolveu o dinheiro. Nem era obrigação dela fazer isso.

AMEI a decoração do ambiente. Moderno porém tradicional. Parabéns a toda equipe e espero 🤞 que vocês todos superem muito bem...

One place that offers a great variety of sushi. That will fall into an amazying price/quality. Helpfull staff. And fast service. It's more chilled during lunch than in it at dinner. But the quality at dinner improves a bit. With freshly renovated plates...
