The burgers here are the best I've ever seen! soft, almost silky bread touching your finger tips. Juicy flavourful and fresh produce all put into one delicious burger. Each and every burger is brilliant in its own right but I would suggest when coming here for your first time that you customise a burger of your own with the ingredients on the the top right of the menu you are given. It's amazing that when you come here regularly or even months apart the waiters still remember your specific burger preferences. At every visit, we have an incredible experience at FABRICA in Loulé! The hotdogs & burgers are a delight & absolutely delicious – the perfect combination of juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, but what truly makes the experience unforgettable is the amazing server/waiter, Simon. He is so friendly, attentive, and really makes us feel at home. Off the chart delicious. We, a party of three, each ordered a hamburger, and we were all pleased with our selection. The mouthwathering hamburgers are hugh. The staff is friendly and helpful in working with us to make a selection. We ordered the Old School, Sweet Bacon Cheese and the Double Cheesebacon hamburgers.
