Really disappointed. I was looking forward to try this place. Sadly whilst the ingredients seem to be good quality, the burgers and the bread fall apart. The sauce for their signature burger "brooklyn burger" is not bad but not quite right. It is a really a shame because they are conveniently located for me and I will have to go further for a really good burger. I have tried many places around here and elsewhere in Europe also further afield I will give it a generous 3 stars. Look at Sao Bras for a Hamburgueria da Villa easily worth 5 stars. Definitely worth the drive despite me living much closer...

Uma parada obrigatória em Loulé e que vale se deslocar de onde tiver para experimentar!

Melhor hambúrguer artesanal que já experimentei até hoje no Algarve, a cerveja artesanal assinatura da casa é espetacular e harmoniza perfeitamente com o Hambúrguer da carta , o Brooklyn. Os aros de cebola também ótimo petisco como entrada. O atendimento, as staffs são educadas, atenciosas, conhecem o menu e apresentam os pratos se assim for solicitado, também apresentam opções de sobremesa com opção vegan. Os molhos são realmente saborosos, a apresentação impecável, a carne estava no ponto medium bem mas com uma textura macia e sal no ponto. Os drinks e sucos (sumos) da fruta também bons e prontos em tempo ágil. Staffs com boa aparência, sorridentes, equipados para atender de forma ágil com card payment em seu avental.

A esplanada com mesas padronizadas, com a marca da empresa, que mostra como realmente se atentaram a cada detalhe. Os banheiros (casas de banho) temáticos a marca apesar de pequenos são interessantes, com iluminação de presença. A cozinha semi aberta na área interna, também passa sinônimo de limpeza e profissionalismo, com equipamentos atuais e bem cuidados( aqueles que estão a vista pelo menos), chão e paredes limpas. Mesas e cadeiras limpas apesar da presença de uma linda árvore ao meio da esplanada que faz sombra as mesas e trazem um clima de natureza a experiência.

Já havíamos tentado uma vez mas a casa estava com todas as mesas reservadas, retornamos agora, saímos de Faro a Loulé para tal. E a hamburgueria fez...
