Natsu Ramen & Bubble Tea Loulé — Restaurant in Loulé

Since I have eaten at this restaurant twice during my vacation, it's a good time to review this restaurant which is fairly new. The ambiance is Cosy and relaxed, the interior design is aiming to give a Japanese cherry blossom feel to it. The Chinese siu mai is not 100% authentic compared to real siu mai but still tasty. The Tempura veggies had a very heavy batter instead of a light crispy layer of batter. The Bao Bun Pork dish was quite tasty with teriyaki seasoning on the pork, with lettuce and tomato inside the bun. The staff were polite and attentive. Anyone familiar with real Japanese food is bound to be disappointed by this pale imitation. The chicken katsu had twice more batter than meat. The donburi used basmati rice instead of Japanese rice. We also tried the ramen, which had noodles resembling spaghetti and not real men noodles. The broth was too salty. The staff didn't smile at all and didn't know that yakitori was chicken! ENG: Me and my partner were extremely disappointed by the service. The waiting times were extensive. We waited an hour for a meal that never came. We believe our order was forgotten or given to someone else who came in after us. And still payed 18€ for drinks and 2 very small entrées. When we asked the staff where our food was, they said they would confirm in the kitchen, then walked back past us and said nothing. I really wanted it to be an amazing experience, especially as our first time going there, but it didn’t go that way for us.
