GRACES RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Loulé

Very pleased with the service and quality. I went there with my family and ordered 3 starters and 4 main meals. The food was top quality, my wife and I were impressed with the quality of the food, the sea bass fish was fresh and succulent. The rib-eyed steak was tender and flavoursome especially with the addition of the pepper sauce. My children, who are normally quite fussy with food, also admitted that they enjoyed their meal. The staff were very accommodating when I asked for extra bread for the starter as my children took most of mine to mop up the sauce which came their piri piri prawn starter and I did not have enough to eat with my starter! A little touch like this goes a long way. Compliments should go to the chef though for the food quality. The price was higher than I would normally pay but I got value for the money and we came home satisfied...

A great evening with my wife celebrating our anniversary. The host was very attentive and welcoming. We had a bottle of house wine, water and I also had a pint of San Miguel. We shared a starter of fried calamari in a light batter with a seafood dip. For our mains my wife had the duck l'orange cooked medium with new potatoes and a mix of seasoned vegetables. I decided to go for the Lamb shank on a bed of mash, again with mixed fresh vegetables. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection. We even had room for a sweet each. Both of us opted for the cheesecake, my wife chocolate pistachio, myself passion fruit. Again a delight. Service was excellent and the bill was extremely reasonable. We would certainly recommend and will be using it again...

Visited this morning around 10.30am for a breakfast, had to go inside to get staff attention to order after sitting for a while, finally place order of two coffees and two English breakfasts. Waited 45 minutes and still no drinks let alone food, went back inside to ask for drinks, waiter brought two expressos, literally just dumping them at our table and saying nothing, these were not the original galao we ordered. After one hour we decided to leave after seeing many customers arriving after us recieve food and drinks before us. Living close by this is a shame as we will not...
