Apartamentos Mar Sol Villas — Hotel in Loulé

Just got back from here, we stayed in the 3 bed town house villa that backs onto the pool.

The pool is badly maintained, the biggest issue was lots of little pool tiles that where missing in the baby and the main pool. These left razor sharp edges which left all the kids and myself with cuts. I ended up with a serious on my foot from playing with the kids in the pool. Left me unable to enjoy the water parks and the pool after because plasters just are not waterproof. (Still sat at work with blooming slippers on since shoes make it weep. There was steps with stripped tape wrapped around to indicate not to use, the flags around the pool where all different levels due to subsidence. It could be lovely but needs a little time and money spend on it rather than all the botched repairs (Tiles glued down with silicone).

The villa was very dated inside. The kitchen/lounge/dining area was very small with he kitchen units being failure modern. the French doors to the patio initially didn't lock (they did fix quickly when made aware). (the other issue was water came through the light fitting below when bathing the children). The biggest issue was the guy they sent round acted like none of this was a problem pointing to the RCD electrical box incase of electrocuting the kids.

The garden area is very small and is a small patio bit with half the space just being dusty dirt with ants everywhere. It would be handy if they fake grassed it or carried on the patio to make it usable. Saves little kids falling in it or thinking its sand trying to play in it.

One room is miles better than the other. ones at the back of the house and small (where they put the cot) the other upstairs, really big with a view. It looks like two apartments they have knocked together to make a house. It has a driveway as well if you have a car.

There was also a weird room behind the wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom that had exposed wires like it was an old kitchen or something.

In summary, its ok as a place to stay in Vilamoura but be prepared for it to be old fashioned and not really looked after. Its ok if you are using it a s place to crash and not going to spend a lot of time in doors. The patio was ok for the adults to share a drink after getting in after food and eating on for the occasional lunch but that's about it. There is no BBQ. The AC is very good, one in every room. Disappointed with the standard of the apartment - hard, small, uncomfortable beds, broken furniture, minimal space to prep in the kitchen and poorly lit. Manky bath, dirty shower curtain, broken tiles and a toilet that wouldn't work. To be fair, the toilet was fixed within minutes of reporting it! MAR-SOL

Todos os membros desta habitação cortaram o pé da piscina, por causa da falta de pastilhas no chão da mesma. A piscina estava toda suja mas com boa temperatura.

A louça desta casa é nojenta tendo em conta a situação em que estamos (covid-19), toda cheia de dedadas e gordura, tivemos de limpar uma a uma para conseguirmos ter uma refeição saudável.

Toda a casa é um inigma tendo em conta a banheira da casa de banho debaixo, acho uma pouca vergonha gastar uma parede de mais de 1,35 cm com uma banheira assustadora. Em vez de ampliarem a sala de estar, ou aproveitar e ampliar a casa de banho .

Toda a casa precisava um banho de óleo, pois portas não fecham, precisas de um camião para fechar uma gaveta, portadas dificílimas de fechar/abrir, e tendo em conta este assunto existe demasiadas portas na mesma.

O forno está com tanta gordura que é um erro ligá-lo, o autoclismo não funcionava na casa de banho debaixo, tivemos de chamar a prestação de serviços para conseguir colocar o mesmo a funcionar.

É uma falta de respeito e de consideração pelos hóspedes desta casa. A máquina de lavar é um inigma ... dado que compraram a máquina mais barata de todas. Demoramos 3 dias para por a máquina a funcionar.
