Marisqueira Santiago — Restaurant in Loulé

Used to go there for 10.years and send many people there! At least 5 costumers a week. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! THE ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR OF the owner MR. SANTIAGO, AND HIS DAUGHTER JOANNA were absolutely unacceptable !!! The rudeness.... shouting with costumers and threatening them....I have NEVER, NOWHERE in the WORLD seen such behaviour.... NEVER!!!! Costumers were speechless!!! 3 tables around said they will never set foot there again. All. This because we KINDLY asked if the food would take much longer, AFTER A WAIT OF 2 HOURS AND 15...

i really don't understant the negative reviews. The food is excellent, and it uses as many local products as possible. The service is fantastic and very friendly.
