A lovely cafe with a nice breakfast, but didn't feel entirely comfortable with young children. Food and drinks were reasonable, but atmosphere and service were pretty average on the day we visited. Had some doubts regarding their understanding of food allergies.
We did order 2 hot drinks as well as 1 orange juice and 1 smoothie, however, the smoothie never arrived. We weren’t overly bothered by this, but it was still on the bill, and when I challenged it, the waitress insisted that she had brought it to us and pointed to the empty glass on the table (which I tried to explain was the orange juice) and she said she must have already collected the orange juice glass, and that was definitely the smoothie. They were both incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating, making our meal feel special. After such great service, we told my and sister they had to check it out, and when they went, they were also waited in on Pedro. He remembered us and our love for croissants and even had fresh croissants waiting for us during our last breakfast. To top it off, he packed some croissants for us to take on our train ride back to Lisbon, which was such a thoughtful gesture! If you’re in the area, definitely stop by NOA — the service alone...
