Q.b. Restobar — Restaurant in Lousã

Friday we booked a table for two at qb. When we arrive they refuse our negative covid test (just bought an hour before and with the receipt of the pharmarcy) so we asked our food to take away and they say that it will be ready in 45 minutes. Consider that the restaurant was almost empty ( a family of 4 and a couple) and we ordered just a simple hamburger and a mushroom risotto. When we point out that it was a bit excessive, they say that the risotto takes time to do. Well, Iam Italian and you should not tell me that b ecause at home it takes me about 20 minutes to do. Anyways, I decide to switch for a veggie hamburger and they say that we must wait 30 minutes... The hamburgers were good but very basic. People running this class little restaurant are great, so welcoming and accommodating! Atmosphere is super - casual and lively vibes. Food was absolutely delicious, we went because kids were looking for some comfort food but everyone went home happy. What a lovely place for a meal! Excellent food, great variety, friendly service, great drinks. No wonder that it is always busy with both tourists and locals. It also offers some excellent vegetarian options. Try the mushroom 'brecha', which is a variant of a local dish usually make with cod fish. Surprisingly, their mushroom version is better.
