This is the goal of PREC, producing good food in a sostenable and regenerative way. Chef Davide and Carla are amazing, very passionate and professional. They create delicious, elaborate and good looking dishes using easy but high quality ingridients. Besides the starter and the main course you can have a great dessert, good coffee, and also fresh juice, local wine and craft beer to drink. All the staff is very welcoming, helpful and genuine.

Read moreWhat a lovely, yummy little gem. The concept is straightforward, regional, seasonal vegetables freshly prepared. The chef knows his spices and the starter, main dish and dessert were fantastic.
Every day there is a starter and a main dish which are freshly prepared. If that isn't for you, you can pimp up a salad or ask for something special (unless too busy).
I am not sure about pineapple + mint kombucha but everyone's taste is different.
As far as I can tell the vegetables come mainly from a nearby sin tropic farm and you can taste it. Also, they have wonky veg. What else do you need?
