Dear Rose Café — Restaurant in Mafra

We waited 20minutes for 2 coffees, because of a line of 4 other people… Eventually, before the coffee we have been served with a cookie. We didn’t order that but thought, due to long time of waiting it is a gift, nothing could be further from the truth the waiter has mistaken orders and realized after we tried the cookie. The other people who have been waiting for it didn’t get it eventually because it was the last one :) Finally we got our coffees, two tasted as flat whites even though we order cappucino and latte :). At the end we have been charged for the cookie we didn’t order but it is fine since we ate it, however the waiter charged as 4 euros for a cookie and unfortunately we realized later that the price of it in the cafe was 2.7 euros. Maybe the place itself looks very attractive, however due to a lot of negatives that happened to us I would not recommend it to you. Incompetence...

Nice restaurant with a cocooning atmosphere. I ordered a bagel with smashed avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, salad and a sauce that was so good in it. It had enough ingredient for each and a perfect match. The bread seemed super fresh and was well cooked. Would be nice if it was possible to have some sides since one bagel is not enough. Moreover, the waiting time was a little bit long but it was worth it. I ordered a drink that was so good and refreshing, it was an orange and watermelon drink (would definitely recommend it). The waiters were nice too.

Good adress to eat a fresh thing, would be nice to take away and eat at...

From time to time I like to pass by this beautiful Café. It's owned and created by the most welcoming and charming couple. They didn't only create a nice and welcoming atmosphere in the café, every time I simply just walk by and I recognize one of them they smile and greet me very friendly. Every time I stepped into the café I instant felt welcomed, cared about and that just makes me feel comfortable. The food they serve is amazing and I love their matcha as they really put an effort in serving a high quality matcha that is prepared traditionally, not just any matcha. I love this little gem of café and would recommend it...
