Villa Brunch Café — Restaurant in Mafra

We were lucky enough to discover this brunch spot early on during our vacation, and I’m so happy we did—it quickly became our go-to spot for breakfast every single day. Not only do they open much earlier than other cafés in the area, but the value for money is simply unbeatable.

The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. It’s rare to get such a great service. They remembered us, knew our regular order, and knew that I‘d prefered the sweet options without ice cream. It felt super personal and genuine every time. They all deserve a raise in my opinion :)

The poached eggs are a dream! Very cute place with nice staff, and delicious food. I strongly recommend the poached eggs as the combination of hummus, broccoli and the eggs just played so well! I enjoyed every single bite and was so sorry when I was done with it. We also had the Fried egg which was basically avocado toast with sunny side up egg, but also delicious. My bf had scrambled eggs with bacon, also yummy and the turkey sandwich which was good but must say nothing special. It could use some “spice up”. Best brunch restaurant we've ever been. Fantastic interior, with lovely accents in a sea-based theme, we kept discovering new things as long as we sat there. Super cosy terrace as well, sadly it was a rainy morning when we were there.

Super kind staff, they made us feel at home from start until we left.

And of course the food: not only the usual, but original plates, finished down to the last detail. Eggs were perfect, avocado cream delicious. Everything was simply excellent and all for very reasonable prices.
