Mit Rösti - Batatas Suíças Recheadas | Takeaway e Delivery — Restaurant in Maia

I wasn't sure what I expected but the food and experience were rather underwhelming.

The bacon rösti I ordered was one of the cheaper options at €9.99 which still seemed expensive for what is essentially a mound of shredded potato.

It came out of the fridge, already made and sealed in plastic, was removed from its wrapping and went from there to the oven followed by a wait while it browned.

The final result was a small circular potato cake studded with little cubes of chewy bacon and green bits which I assume were herbs.

Disappointing as I have watched the work on preparing the shop and was looking forward...

This was a nice surprise! Potato rosti is not common in Portugal and these are beautifully made. Several interesting fillings, which make it hard to choose... My only complaint was that there was no place to sit and eat, so do consider that. Diego, the owner, was kind...

Excelente pedida. Em São Paulo tinha o hábito de comer batatas suíças em uma batataria na região dos Jardins. Desde então, há muito tempo não comia uma com esse mesmo estilo (apenas as Rostis alemãs) e aqui na Mit Rôsti o sabor não deixou absolutamente nada a desejar.

Há uma boa variedade de sabores e sempre chega em um tempo razoável em casa. A salada é uma delícia (e não sou fã de salada) e as batatas maravilhosas. A de frango é extremamente saborosa, embora é possível notar algum caldo pronto, não desabona em nada seu sabor. O único revés é que a taxa de entrega é um pouco salgada, mesmo morando na mesma freguesia do restaurante.
