Words are not enough to express how great my evening at Fago was. This has to be in my top 3 favourite restaurants of all time. In fact, I said this yesterday when I had dinner there and since then I have been trying to think of what other two restaurants would be on the top 3 with this one but frankly, I can't think of a single one that even comes close.
The service was flawless, Maria and Daniel were super nice, friendly and attentive. They explained in detail each dish, going over all the ingredients, where they were sourced, and how they were prepared.
