GINZA 7 — Restaurant in Matosinhos

Me and my girlfriend ordered through bolt food at Ginza 7 and had an incredibly bad experience👎🏻. When we opened for the food, we saw that much of the sushi we had ordered did not match the pictures we saw online and on the bolt good app. Just an example, we ordered number: 508 and the picture shows the difference from what we got and what it shows on bolt good and online. In addition, the food was dry and the salmon smelled old. It was just generally just a bad experience. We just spent around 50€ on the food and I would not recommend them for takeaway. I ordered shrimp noodles box for takeaway. To my utter surprise, when I finally sit down to eat and as I open the box, there it was. A piece of chicken. Upon further inspection, I have come to the conclusion that this was simply a chicken noodles box with a few shrimps tossed on top. Now, that by itself is already bad. Even worse is the fact that you are giving meat to people who may not eat meat and are specifically choosing the shrimp noodles because it's shrimp and not meat, like...

Sempre frequentei este restaurante pela sua qualidade. Mudou de gerência algumas vezes mas a qualidade não se alterou. No entanto, a nova gerência tem nota negativa. Chegamos às 19.45h com mesa reservada. Às 22h ainda não tinham trazido 70% do pedido. Questionado, o gerente informa que está muita gente e apesar de termos sido dos primeiros a chegar, eles não confeccionam o pedido por completo, vão confeccionando por volta de seis peças de sushi de cada vez. Sendo que somos 5, dá uma peça a cada um e depois temos de esperar mais 30m até que tragam mais um pratinho com 5 peças. Esqueçam as bandejas bonitas e coloridas. Já não fazem. Foi uma experiência nada boa. Quanto à qualidade da comida, podem esperar muito arroz mal confeccionado e poucos ingredientes de recheio. Quanto à carta não peçam sushi feito de alface por fora (M1 e M5) ou folha de arroz porque não vem. Na minha opinião a cozinheira é inexperiente e não deve saber fazer. Saudades do chef japonês que fazia um dos melhores sushis. Até a espetada de cogumelos não estava nada saborosa.
